Rakuten Fashion Week TOKYO 2025 S/S coconogacco recreates a classroom at Shibuya Hikarie! coconogacco class in Hikarie

During Rakuten Fashion Week TOKYO 2025 S/S, from September 2 (Mon.) to 5 (Thu.), “coconogacco class in Hikarie”, a “class to show” combining exhibitions and events, will be held at “8/COURT” on the 8th floor of Shibuya Hikarie. class in Hikarie, a “show class” combining an exhibition and an event.
At the venue, we will exhibit the unique and creative works of the students currently enrolled in the class as the result of their past studies. In addition to the exhibition, the <coconogacco class in Hikarie> will also feature tutorial classes where the instructor and students meet face-to-face for individual instruction, just like in a regular class, and students will create their own works on the spot using a variety of materials, recreating the daily life of coconogacco. The exhibition will be reproduced to give visitors a glimpse of the atmosphere and classroom activities.

During the exhibition, a talk event with Sara Sozzani Mainosi (Creative Director Fondazione Sozzani) and Yamagata will be held on September 4 (Thu) at Omotesando Hills.

This will be an opportunity for the general public to see coconogacco, which is usually hard to catch a glimpse of.
