Shingo Emoto
(Scholar)
Born in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi, Japan in 1985. In 2014, he researched vortex structures at the University of Tokyo Graduate School and received a science doctorate. He received the Student Presentation Award (Area 2) at the Physical Society of Japan. In 2017, he started a private tutoring school, Shoyosha as a place to think about the wonders that cannot be contemplated alone, to feel the beauty that cannot be felt, and to think about things that cannot be imagined. He continues his search on the mind, body, and life through cross-disciplinary communities such as science, mathematics, philosophy, art, performing arts, martial arts, fashion, and dance.
